Badass Burlesque Workshop

Join Katya Peepin of Badass Burlesque for this fun, all-levels burlesque workshop! Learn a little bit about what burlesque is all about before getting down to a fun and sexy choreography. We won't be stripping or getting naked, we'll just enjoy being flirty, having fun, and getting a little work out.

Please wear athletic clothing such as what you'd wear to a yoga class. We'll be dancing barefoot. Be sure to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat, and consider a notebook for taking notes.

Katya blends her background in jazz, belly dance, and contortion to create a burlesque style that is all her own. She has been gracing Denver's stages for the last 6 years, at one point opening her own burlesque production company and the School of Badass Burlesque! She currently produces a monthly burlesque show every 4th Friday of the month at Denver's Dangerous Theatre.
