Building Resilience from the Inside Out: A somatic energy journey to the descendants

Join Meredith as she leads you into deeper dimensions of yourself to retreive answers to support your human experience during uncertain times and change. As many of us humans are wittnessing and questoning the current events and happenings of the times we're finding our safety is being challenged on a daily basis. Together we will journey through the body exploring the inner landscape through the senses, create new pathways into the unknown and unseen, and began to build strength and resources for resilence through mind body connection, inner self, awareness, and communing with spirit.

In this journey Meredith will guide you feel into to your body and discover it as a portal into the unseen and unconscious realms through visualization, guided imagery, verbal ques, breath, and energy activations to support you in connecting with your descendants for active hope in the world. Just as the ancestors play and important part in healing on our planet the descendants can be helpful to one's life in being an ally for safety and moving forward towards creating a healthy future for our children and our beautiful planet. It is through Meredith's own exploration in shamanism  and somatic engagement that she's found hope and inspiration exploring the unseen realms about how to become empowered to be an active and conscious participant of the changes we are living through.

No experience is required. The actual somatic energy journey wil be about 30-45 min with time at the end for sharing of experiences. Please participate with the intention to explore your mind, body, and spirit. This is an experiential and exploratory journey and a practice that will deepen and develop over time.
