Energetic Alignment

The intention behind the energetic alignment is to help the body elevate in frequency, and to prepare it for the incoming energy from the solar and lunar eclipses. The energy forecasted for the rest of the year is showing a next level intensity; and thus, if we focus on the body - upgrading our nervous system - to meet these higher frequencies, we will be able to navigate the rest of the year in a more relaxed, even enjoyable, way.

The evening will flow from a more detailed chat about the body processing energies, followed by breathwork and an alignment meditation. We'll conclude with sharing and asking questions, and just be in circle with one another. Please bring a mat, blanket and anything else to make you comfortable.
