Loving Yourself Through Life  Join husband and wife team Craig Hopkins and Cynde Denson in an interactive two-hour life journeying workshop. Combining individual reflection with pair and group process, we will explore the learnings from our individual and collective life journeys, past, present, and future.  All that is required is an open mind and an open heart.  All ages are welcome.

About Craig and Cynde Craig and Cynde have been residents of Conifer, CO since 2015, after re-locating to our beautiful state from New Hampshire.  Craig is a certified Core Energetics practitioner.  He sees private clients and leads weekend Shalom Retreats, which are focused on deep emotional healing, in Conifer Colorado. Cynde is the founder of Peace Clarity Purpose, LLC.  She is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, certified yoga instructor and Co-Active® Life Coach, teaching groups and working with private clients.  She also co-leads Shalom healing retreats with Craig.
