Shamanic Trance Dance

In this 90 minute class we will set intention for the day, what we desire to release and what energies we are calling in. Class will start with introductions, breath to movement instruction, then we move into the mindful movement of dance. Our eyes will be covered so we can feel free to move & dance around with no desire to look at another, so we stay in our own process and feel deeply into what is being called to release and reintegrate.

Please come dressed cozy and comfy with a water bottle, journal and eye cover. If you do not have an eye cover, bandanas will be supplied.
