About The Event
Join us for a transformative healing journey, into the depths of the smallest particle of the being, within the largest context of perception. In that still point, transformation happens. The "work" is in relaxing the body and mind into complete safety and receptivity, and falling into allowing.
We will be entering this deep state with the help of a series of breathing techniques followed by energy work, bathing in the vibrational resonance of crystal bowls.
You can approach this session from a general desire for deep relaxation or reset, or have a specific intent you'd like an extra energy boost with.
