Yoga Open Gym

Bring your mat or borrow one and enjoy our space to do your own yoga practice, work on a pose or build a class. Blocks, straps, blankets and wall space available. Connect and practice with other local yogis or have space to retreat. Calming music and hot tea available. Donation based event.
