This program is for those over 50 who find themselves in the inquiry of “what’s the next chapter in my book of life”? Our cultural conditioning suggests that aging brings a gradual insignificance to the lives we have known. While we cannot deny the reality of physical aging and eventual death, the years past midlife can offer new-found freedom and aliveness. Living skillfully with a sharpened awareness of our impermanence can bring us clarity and new perspectives around spending our time wisely and joyfully.,

This workshop is an inquiry into the possibility of living into our advancing age with vitality, self-awareness, and purpose. Through contemplative practices that include, Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, group process and journaling, we will explore the opportunity of elderhood from the both the individual lens and the community energy we create together.
